By accessing or using Forward Vision ("we", "us", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Forward Vision is a travel platform offering hotel and flight search and booking, AI-generated itineraries, destination guides, expense tracking, packing checklists, and community reviews. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Bookings and Third-Party Suppliers
Forward Vision facilitates bookings with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, and payment processors via the Nuitée API. We act as an intermediary and do not directly operate flights or hotels. Bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective supplier, which are presented at the time of booking.
5. AI-Generated Content
Itineraries, guides, and recommendations generated by our AI tools are suggestions based on the information you provide. They do not constitute professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any venue, attraction, or activity mentioned in AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying details before travelling.
6. Payments
Payments for hotel and flight bookings are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting a booking, you authorise the applicable supplier to charge the payment method provided. Prices are displayed in your detected local currency where possible, but final charges may be subject to exchange rates and supplier surcharges.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: submitting false or misleading reviews, attempting to disrupt or compromise platform security, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or infringing the rights of other users or third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Forward Vision, including text, graphics, logos, AI-generated imagery, and software, is the property of Forward Vision or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Forward Vision is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
